I reached out for warranty support thinking I’d at least get some kind of help or direction, but they didn’t offer anything useful and it just felt like I was being brushed off the whole time, so the whole experience was frustrating.

I tried reaching out about my order the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. After the first couple messages, I got the feeling they were just skimming or sending copy-paste responses, so I kind of assumed it wasn’t going to get resolved properly. Maybe that’s not totally fair, but it was the impression I got. Overall, it was frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I know some people might say you get what you pay for, but for the price, I really expected this to feel a lot sturdier. Right out of the box, a few parts felt kind of flimsy, and after just light use, things already started loosening up. I wasn’t rough with it at all, so it’s not like this was from heavy use or anything. I’m disappointed because I thought it would hold up better

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but assembly was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and a couple of the holes didn’t seem to line up right, so I ended up taking parts back apart and redoing them. It eventually came together, but for the price I was hoping it would be a lot smoother.

I tried using mantis.com i felt like I was trying to operate a spaceship with zero training. Stuff that should’ve taken two seconds somehow turned into five menus, twelve clicks, and me questioning all my life choices. I kept getting lost, backing out, clicking the wrong thing, and getting annoyed way faster than I expected. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly where everything is, but as a regular person just trying to get something done, it felt clunky and weirdly difficult. I gave up quickly before I fully lost my mind

The shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my package even was. It finally showed up late, and customer service just kept telling me to wait, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again tbh

I bought this tiller hoping it would handle my regular garden soil, but it kept bogging down while I was using it. It just didn’t perform the way I expected, and I’m kinda disappointed overall

I tried Mantis because I figured the price meant it would offer a solid experience. But after using it, I didn’t really see enough features or benefits to justify what I paid.

Some things worked fine, so it wasn’t a total failure. The problem was that everything felt basic, and because of that, I kept feeling like I wasn’t getting much value out of it.
For the cost, I wouldn’t use it again. If something feels limited and doesn’t give you much back, it’s hard to feel good about spending money on it.

My mantis usually starts up fine, but after it sits for a while, it can be a bit fussy. It’s not a huge problem, and once it’s going it does the job, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t assume these are always perfectly reliable right out of storage. I just expected it to be a little more dependable
